Hi,

Thanks for the report.

From looking at the replay, I agree he was causing a danger with his damaged car by driving slowly, however I didn't see any crashes he caused which would normally be considered report-worthy.

Additionally, I don't feel it is a MED's role to be trying to stop/block such a player--it should either be left to COPs, or admins if he/she is causing accidents and general mayhem.

We'll keep an eye on this player as they are quite new, but I don't think any action is warranted in this case.
