Hi, thanks for the report.

I'd say for 99% of other cases, the reportee would be getting quite a hefty ban for what I saw in the replay.

However, taking into account the user is very new and has no prior record (not that it is really an excuse), I don't think it would necessary be correct to ban him on this occasion. However, i've issued a very clear confirmable warning with a strong note that this is not tolerated and if we see this again a ban will be issued.
