help on getting new pc

there are windows 10 keys on ebay for around 15 to 20 euro.
You only get the key via email/msg and sometimes get a very small watermark like "education version" on the desktop. this is quite easily removable with google tho.

those are mostly keys that are meant to be for third-world-countries or for preinstalled windows on netbooks and stuff as far as i understood.

seems to be legal(at least in germany) from what i googled.

cant guarantee any of the above. feel free to use google yourself if interested.
all i can say is it worked totally fine for someone i did it.
