The 750Ti is a great starter card and can easily manage 60FPS in GTA5, not every single setting has to be on high, my old HD7770 from 2011-2012 with 1GB of VRAM could happily run GTA5 at high (not very high) settings and top 70FPS. The 750Ti is more powerful than the HD7770

Also, its a common myth that Windows slows down overtime, the fact is, unless it has malware or bloatware or the main storage is on the verge on being full, windows does not slow down overtime! Ignore the "clean windows" facts from GT4. Also an SSD does not affect how fast a website loads, HDDs load websites just as fast, it just depends on your internet speeds.

I'm talking from experience from using a HDD and an SSD, all the SSD provides is faster loading times. No extra FPS is gained and they cost ALOT more.
