So I started chasing this guy for speeding, took him quite some time to eventually pull over on the middle of the road. Took him even longer to notice that I said to pull over onto the side of the road, I had to put my !follow sign on for him to get to a safe spot.
Once pulled over, he starts ramming me (nothing bad), I told him not to and he stopped.

He decides to run off. Chase doesn't last very long, he ends up with a dead clutch. I bust him, and he starts insulting. (Don't know whether it was pointed directly at me, but it sure was a negative attitude.)
