Hello Everyone,

During the last two months we've been working in bringing up some changes in the team which we think will make GLOW much better in the future.

First of all we would like to inform that our Senior Member rank has been changed and has now different requirements. We will no longer request a member to be 1 year with us in order to get promoted, what we'll do instead is reward those members who have been active and loyal with us for a quite good time. At the end, those are the ones who show how GLOW is and we think it's time for them to be rewarded.

On the other side, the Co-Leader rank has been removed. At GLOW we do not like to make a difference between a Leader and Co-Leader, in our situation, our opinions count equally so there's no need for two ranks at all.

This being said, we would like to announce a few promotions.

Who have been promoted to Senior Members for their loyalty and interest in GLOW. They've shown in the past months (some even almost a year) that they're really GLOW Members and are a big part of our family. Congratulations!

To continue with,[GLOW] Thomas will have his rank changed back to Leader for the reasons explained above, nothing changes at all.
