In Finland the police are rather strict about the moped 45kph speed limit and aftermarket parts... They regularly test drive local kids mopeds against their speed camera to see if they are legal or not. Especially if they look modified at all or have been seen speeding by.

It's lucky that they're not quite so anal about testing modified cars... The license plate & driving license stacks at the office would get really big really soon.
