1. Yes, this skin is fine.
2. Yes, you will need that text on the side, at least in this case. It helps identify the vehicle.
3. Yes, if it's the exact same design then it shouldn't be a problem for other cars.

The skin in this thread has been approved and can now be used on the servers!

 
