The whole purpose of a speedbump is to ensure that the speedlimit is respected. Therefor this speedbump should be balanced in a way that allows people to drive over it at that speed. And as Chuck greatly demonstrated in his video above, it causes a tonne of unnecessary chaos, in the way that it is currently (or rather was). |
