3:34:20 - My honest opinion here is that this is not intentional. He did not aim for the user & he apologized straight away, however it could have been avoided by 3losh staying on the correct side of the road.

3:38:30 (timestamp not mentioned in the initial post, relevant anyway) - Blatant ram here. ESTAlmer was stuck between the barriers for about 45 seconds, it looked as though he was attempting to wrongside his way up the ramp. This is definitely a ram from 3losh. As 3losh approached, he had a clear view of ESTAlmer's car, he lifted for a tenth of a second, then planted his foot again, ramming him at full throttle and continuing to apply full throttle even after the contact, pushing ESTAlmer out of his way. I don't even see his sorry bind at this point. This is not allowed.

3:39:26 - This did not look intentional to me, this was an attempt at a u-turn. This was poorly timed, even by looking at the map you can see there is traffic. Regardless of the sorry bind, this is not acceptable.

3:40:54 - Again, not intentional but could have been completely avoided. Sorry bind doesn't mean anything.

3:54:35 - 3losh should not have even attempted to drive on the wrongside of the highway. Before the collision he was attempting to get back on the left, however KooKoo, you were on his left, preventing him from doing so. I understand you were trying to box him, this did not help.

Rule 1.3 clearly states that driving on the wrong side is tolerated for short periods of time and as long nobody else gets disturbed or endangered. There were at least 4 collisions here that could have been avoided. All that was said was a sorry bind. This means nothing to a lot of people. 90% of the collisions in the replay could have been avoided if 3losh had stayed on his side of the road.

3losh was wrongsiding far too frequently, causing issues for multiple people and showed a complete disregard for the server rules. This will not be tolerated. 3losh will receive a 3 day ban for his actions and is reminded to drive within his limits and keep to the correct side of the road as much as possible.
