i totally agree with chuck about his point , the main problem is people and not the enter or leave points,
road speed if i'm not mistaken is 80km/h , if people follow that speed they can avoid crashes ,but as we all know most people drive 140 km/h++ in that area and with that speed u can't avoid crashes.
if people drive 80 km/h they can avoid/stop in short time.

On this road it's 100kph or 60mph, but that's nearly the same feeling.
I agree with you and Chuck, that's not the problem of the layout but more the problem of some careless players, who can't look at left and right.
