Traffic Lights - often ignored

First: Well done the traffic lights. I realy like this feature.

But Yesterday i notice, that a lot of users ignore the lights at all. Not only the one at the crossroads. The ones at the roadworks too. And this causing accidents, because often Roadworks are narrow the streets to one lane.

Is it possible to integrate a red light camera trap? Like the speed traps, which can cops use.
A COP can stay near to a light (can be hidden behind a wall, maybe 20 or 30 m) and install a red light trap. Every user who drive threw a red light get autoaticly a fine. If it is possible diffrent fines for the lenght of beeing red.
Example: <1 sec. red--> 80 €
>1 sec red --> 300 €

Maybe it can be combinated with the speed trap. In germany (and i think in most other contries too) the cameras often combine speed and red light.

I think possibilty to get automaticly fined will bring more attention to traffic lights.
