Sebastian Vettel has mentioned that Ferrari is his dream team on multiple occasions so he won't be jumping to Maranello's archenemy Mercedes anytime soon. Since the F1 cars will face some significant changes for the next season (completely redesigned front and rear wing, wider tyres etc.) basically any team could be on the front row next year. Of course Red Bull, Mercedes, and Ferrari have got a much larger budget to be spent on development than smaller teams, which gives them an advantage. Mercedes taking the Championship Title in 2017 is still uncertain. Red Bull's chassis is without a doubt the best, unfortunately, they're stuck with Renault's powerless engine. If they were to have been offered a contract with Ferrari's or Mercedes' power unit, they'd be superior.
