Unban-request for "Lillebim" (Unban Request Denied by Ash)

Hi.

As you probably know, Lillebim is not the best driver on this server. This, I'm also aware of, but I believe that he deserves a chance to show that he can behave as most others here do.
I am also aware that he has been reported several times on just this server. These times I haven't been present to assist him.
I have promised "Dizzle" (which in this incident is the officer) to help Lillebim to read and understand the rules for this server.
I will do my best to comply with this promise.

With this I ask that Lillebim gets unbanned for this time. This problem will not repeat itself.
