Now for this, that's exactly what I've shown. However, yield lines and stop lines look the exact same on junctions so it's harder to tell. That is one such case where this fine would apply. You contradicted yourself here.

This was supposed to be a discussion thread about a suggestion for a server you all play. That's all it was.

The point is, your image is imaginary. It simply wouldnt exist. The Trafficlights would have to be on the road, without a yield line for the right turn. Or placed before the actual junction, making it entering the junction and therefor not allowed.
You are suggesting a rule for a nonexistant problem. There are no rules for lanesplitting, because we dont have bikes.

Unless you show an example of an existing problem, theres no need for any fix. I cant recall any junction like your picture. Proove me wrong, please. But until then, it is just no problem. The only case(, I can think of,) that comes close to your image would be on Jamaica coming from Devils Corner to Highway 2. But there, like i stated before, the lights are actually after the rightturn(onto the Bridge), so you dont pass a redlight/yield line.
