Description of incident (inc date & time): At 14:03 KAI-Insider comes along gas station rd/what ever the road name is fast as i was going to go to gas station to repair car but he just slams into the back of me i did click on his name a say wth to get him to talk then i waited till 16:52 after reviewing the replay to sorta give him time to answer me back or say sorry but not a work from him at all and then at 16:52 i asked hey any reason for the hard ram before but still no answer from him at all
