Although Bez is still dealing with this, I just wanted to chime-in.
In my opinion it is fair to say that the assumption the opposite light is the same in a simple 4-way junction (without any filter lights) is perfectly acceptable and therefore the cop did witness the offence as soon as you crossed the white line, even while not being able to see the other light (but seeing the light from the opposite junction). However, i'll let Bez finalise this. |
