Hello Jake

As you said, there is no definitive way for my to prove that your actions were intentional. However, the screenshots you will see below give me a pretty good idea of what your intentions would have been at the time of the incident.

Fig 1 - Show's the initial point at where the suspect and 3losh emerge from the side road. As you can see, I have pointed out your throttle input levels, which had been at that prior to the vehicles emerging.



Fig 2 - This image shows the point at where 3losh emerges and follows his suspect onto Paddock Tunnel Way. You can now see that I have pointed out direction of steering.



Fig 3 - This image shows your throttle being fully depressed as you see 3losh emerging from the side road. Bear in mind at this point, you would have been fully notified of any SIREN's on screen.



Fig 4 - This shows your actions leading upto impact. As you can see, I have pointed out that you have altered your direction of steering, with your throttle still being fully depressed.

I have two points to make regarding this statement.

• I find it highly unlikely for you to "press the wrong pedal", seeing as you were already pressing the accelerator at a medium speed prior to flooring it.
• In the servers when I confronted you, this is how you replied: ﾐKaiﾞJake.e : !tc I'm 99% sure I was on the brakes

Your story is inconsistent and does not lead me to believe what you are saying is true.

May I also add that you seemed to have an issue with 3losh only a minute prior to this incident when he fined you at the Gas Station. Not sure if that has anything to do with this incident, however I feel it may have contributed to your reactions.

I am not going to discuss this case for much longer, as to be honest my evidence has pretty much secured a reliable picture of what really happened.
