That last pictures proves what I was trying to tell you. He came from the left side of my screen so as a natural reaction I steered away from impact untill I had a clear escape route AFTER THE CURB on my left side. It was the right call at first becuase he was on the left side of my screen, and I had no inclanation of his speed causeing the wrong reaction. I implore you that it was indeed just a bad gut reaction, and put my foot down more on the wrong pedal thinking it was the correct one. I can't make you see how I saw the incident, but I hope you can relate to making the wrong move under deress in a situation. I wouldn't go through all of this trouble if I wasn't telling the truth. I only said I was 99% sure I was on the brakes because I was sure that I was trying to avoid an accident, but I'm sorry that turned out to be false. Memory is a funny thing while under deress, and I hope you can see that is what happened to me. Thanks for your time,
