Technically this should have been an appeal since you already had an unban request for this ban, you have probably forgotten: http://forum.city-driving.co.uk/showthre...?tid=10283 - However, in this case it makes little difference so no problem.

We've all agreed that 5 years is more than adequate for your actions back then and your request will therefore be granted. Please note that neither racism or any racist remarks are accepted on our servers, so any repeat offence would result in the ban being reinstated.

Since you were last on our servers, the rules and insim have changed quite a lot. Please familiarize yourself with these before rejoining.
