Dual sirens does not really happen in the UK. I know that because i've been watching tons of response videos for years as im subscribed to a lot of those kind of channels. It's always a single siren tone and it's very often Wail > Yelp > Piercer or Hilo. Even the bullhorn always shuts off the current siren tone while sounding. I believe this is because multiple tones running requires at least two speakers mounted in the vehicle. Something that is fairly common in the US and not the UK.

Pretty much the only time you get dual tones is when fire engines run their Whelen (or whatever they use) and a good old two tone at the same time.





Typical Whelen controller setup with a siren demo at the end of the video. That's the absolute most common config. Siren in the video isn't the Alpha (i think it's called the Whelen Beta) but it works all the same.
