I was helping to flip over a guy, who rolled over his car. I'm facing traffic, and I see him come speeding towards me. He never at one point hit the brakes, or even tried to avoid the accident. He smashed into me on purpose, ignoring every warning signals he had got.

I tried to contact him, but he failed to respond to my messages. Nor did he apologize for the accident.
