29:00 - Causing crash while driving wrong way, no apology for it
29:48 - Failed to move for sirens (I've sent !move bind several times), while later he blocked me in small gap as a result of not slowing down for sirens. Then I reversed to let him make a space to pass, again sending several !move binds. He reversed after quite long time so I've lost my suspect. He didn't even say sorry for it.
33:11 - Ramming other player, not even apology for it
33:49 - Again ignoring sirens

Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (18.02) about 15:00 (UK time). I was trying to talk with him (start from 30:32) but he didn't answer at all.
