Description of incident (inc date & time):

The main reason is:

[REPLAY 1#] Just showing the suspect 4x !showlaser and he still didn't believe me after he did a 158 kph on a 135 kph way, Me and [RDSR] Nismo tried to explain him but he still refuse it to understand and reported me for fining him while he thinks he was right. After a time he did a attempt to insult and got kicked for that action. Other thing is he ignore the rules of driving as MED, and go sideways.

Time of insult: it starts at 17.00.00 with "lie, idiot"
20:22.00 he said " ITS *Removed* SAYS MPH U MORON"

Time started chase: 15:00.00 (About to increase speed to chase him) he is starting to speed
- 16:00.00 Pulled suspect over to the right side, started conversation

Time of Careless Driving:

1:43:18.00 (Passing red light)
1:45:20 ( Passing red light)
1:46:00.00 (wrong siding over the whole road)
1:50:45.00 (passing red light)
1:53:45.00 (going Wrong Way)

This is just was a medical can't do.
If he just allowed us to explain him what to do next time, then this wasn't needed.
After several times trying to explain him and he still refuse it, i decided to set a report.
