14:23 - Reversing into me, looks like he want to ramm be (really minor but intentional)
17:15 - Not moving for sirens, I've sent !move several times
17:20 - I see he is not going to move for sirens so I decided to overtake him on left, then he immediately turned left too, so I crashed him. Not sure if he decided to finally move for sirens or wanted to block me.
17:25 - My second attempt to overtake him, here he intentionally rammed me, instead of sorry he said "WTF??"
17:52 - Stopping in the middle of road (I know he was writing to me but he should stop in safe place anyways)
22:14 - Again stopping in the middle of road to write to me
22:35 - Not moving for sirens (as he was focused on writing to me), then blaming cop for hitting him

Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (25.02) about 14:20 (UK time). I was trying to talk with him (from 17:45 to end of replay). On first questions he answered little bit weird, later he decided to drive instead of talking with me.
