Description of incident (inc date & time):
I chased him because his car was drifting/sliding a bit, was going to give him a warning and give him a change to change his tyres. But he kept on drifting and failed to stop eventually. After that, he seemed to have some problem with "GLOWS" and the fact I chased him for "no reason".

Though I did tell him that if he had stopped, he would've found out - but he didn't.

He didn't apologise for the insult, nor gave a good explanation as to why he insulted.
