First of all, sorry for this big *** post , but there was SO many rams I had to put them all. TL;DR at the end.

1º- 1:04:16.34 Bumps Ravisk for no reason and at 1:04:31.00 bumps Tris also for no reason, and then 1:04:44.70 StageD does the same, and from 1:05:42.03 they start the Ram Fest all the way throughout the whole replay until they leave, basically;
2º- 1:10:26.58 He Aimed to PIT me, but failed, at least for this one;
3º- 1:10:41.61-1:10:42.93 He brakes to match my speed, and then tries to PIT me again, but failed again;
4º- 1:10:47.62 Altho Manfish hit him and bumped into the wall, I can see that he purposely steered into me, and of course, hit me;
5º- 1:18:27.68 Manfish goes WW, and hits Dizzle;
6º- StageD 1:20:38.48 StageD tries to PIT on a discreet way, but again failed to do so;
7º- 1:20:56.68 This may seem confusing, but I saw StageD come for a 2nd opportunity, so I tried to steer to the right to avoid the PIT, but got hit anyway, making me go across the AB and almost hitting the XFR coming down. Of course, StageD plays the "I didn't do nuffin" card. According to Dizzle in the chat, Manfish came from a 120 day ban, which it seems, it's not enough, and then restricts him to UF1. "I was drinking hot tea" I didn't know drinking tea makes you having reflexes to drive a car and PIT people;
8º- 1:35:00.40 Bumps into me on purpose;
9º- 1:36:16.97 Because of their Ram Fest, they ended spinning, but luckily I had enough room and time to brake to avoid an imminent crash;
10º- 1:46:25.77 Bumps [F710] I2Y, almost PITing him, and 1:46:36.59 Manfish does the same;
11º- 1:51:24.62 PITs SPLITFIRE (totally avoidable by StageD);
12º- 1:53:05.53 Turns right and crashes [F710] I2Y; 1:53:09.80 StageD makes "The Sandwich", making I2Y fly across the AB, and StageD crashing into "some idiot";
13º- 1:53:38.66 StageD crashes "some idiot" and almost makes him almost fly across the barrier, or crash the barrier and slide thru the AB lanes;
14º- 1:56:27.10 [F710] I2Y Seems to join the party, but he drops it after that crash;
15º- 1:57:21.46 Dunno if blindly or in purpose, enters the AB abruptly and crashes [OG] Halo;
16º- 2:01:31.71 Near miss with surPR1ze, and at 2:01:43.87, because of StageD and Manfish's Ram Fest, Manfish ends up in the middle of the AB, and sadly nothing R.Fiest could do to avoid it, and causing him to barrel roll (A little bit before of this, I watched that he was chasing surPR1ze, but only had strobes and no audible siren activated, weird);
16º- 2:04:31.60 I was coasting a bit eating a biscuit, but noticed Manfish braking just in front of me, which then he seems to back up from hitting me and brakes on the grass, and then he tries to kinda block me (Doesn't qualify as brake check imo);
17º- 2:06:14.12 They braked in front of me blocking my way, as they was maybe expecting me to ram them off the way, I decided to patiently wait until they cleared it, @ 2:06:41.48 Manfish blocks the whole lane, after both going literally 2kmh, and at 2:06:46.33 I saw a gap and tried to pass thru, but he turned to crash me;
18º- 2:06:57.58 StageD PITs me again, lucky me I can take control of the car to avoid swerving across the AB. @ 2:07:57.82 Manfish swerves across the AB and cuts off&crash Skrube, which then impact240sx doesn't have time to brake ( I'm not blaming him tho, just describing the moment ) and crashes Skrube, because of Manfish's crash, and then StageD crashes impact240sx;
19º- 2:08:37.27 Manfish turns into impact240sx, making him crash the empty barrier space ( 2:08:37.54 );
20º- 2:09:04.37 Manfish again turns into Skrube, and then @ 2:09:14.58 StageD does the same move, with Manfish blocking Skrube's way, and then @ 2:09:16.39 StageD crashes into ptitblue; @ 2:09:21.88 Manfish turns into Skrube's lane blocking him, again; At 2:09:23.23 StageD turns into Skrube abruptly and rams him, almost flipping him; at 2:09:32.73 crashes ptitblue again;
21º- 2:09:45.06 Another Sandwich, making Yoshi crash into the barrier; 2:10:56.42 Does the same to Yoshi again;
22º- 2:14:16.74 StageD rams Manfish, making him bump into the bridge barrier and crashing [COP]tomliamkins; 2:14:34.43 turns into impact240sx crashing him again; 2:15:02.36 Abruptly turns into the fast lane, a few meters from ptitblue;
23º- 2:26:06.64 StageD turns into me and starts brake-checking me; 2:26:08.85 while avoiding his block/brake-check, also tries to make me PIT him, to look like the bad guy;
24º- 2:27:35.82 StageD again turns into Skrube crashing him, and also Manfish contributes with a bump;
25º- 2:30:37.20 StageD straight rams Kai-Devil, like there wasn't room or time to brake and notice him, both distance, speed and smoke (Altho he was drifting on AB, which iirc it's only allowed on Stunt-Zones, like Arab Drift) and 2:30:44.08 Manfish also rams Kai; 2:31:07.40 StageD tries to PIT Yoshi; 2:31:15.77 again turns into Skrube; 2:31:49.02 StageD crosses the whole AB just to ram dave, making him slide into AB;
26º- 2:37:01.52 Manfish turns into drifting Kai-Devil once again; 2:40:58.90 REALLY near miss with Jake there; 2:42:03.63 Manfish rams TS Kruise;
27º- 2:42:25.07 Both StageD and Manfish turn into BelgianWaffles, luckily he didn't end up in the sky or flipped in the middle of AB; 2:42:33.31 does the same to Skrube again; 2:44:27.15 blocking both lanes of AB and then Manfish turns into ptitblue;
28º- 2:47:35.31 Manfish stops in the middle of AB because of full burnt clutch, but his "brother" didn't help him out, even there wasn't any car coming on AB so he could let him out, until a chase comes by, and for the replay I either mini-lagged on that moment, or the suspect had a high ping

Conclusion: What to say? A guy who came back after a 120 day ban -didn't learn anything- and it's "brother" (as they claimed), Cop license and 334hs played. By now he should already know the rules, but oh well.

TL;DR: Manfish and [TSFI] StageD were ramming each other, and also ramming/PITing other people (including me). Also they never said sorry, only like two/three/four times and that's all.
