Main reason(s): Following / Interfering with chases, Failure to move for sirens, blatant ignorance for myself when attempted to talk about his actions.

2:30.00 - First time I came across the user, he failed to move for my Sirens.

4:28.00 - User decided to turn around and follow the chase until the end.

5:05.00 - User fails to move for sirens once again and a short period of time later interferes with a chase by crashing Dee.

As the pursuit continues, the user continues to interfere and ruin our gameplay, when asked to pull over and talk about his actions, the user blatantly ignored myself and a short while later disconnected.
