2:18:25; messing around with sirens for some reason? - Checking TC Lights is working. was connected via keyboard but not wheel (hence slow down to tab out and restart.)
2:18:42; corner cutting (where?)
2:18:52; going ww, speeding and running a red light (WW - where? Speeding yes I will admit that. Redlight - Like i said in chat I didn't see it.(weve all done it)


Description of incident (inc date & time): Bad driving whilst a cop not in a chase as well as the breaking of normal road laws. This isn't the first time I've seen him drive badly and Rossi *I have 0 Recollection of this occurring.* also makes mention of the fact that he's challenged him before for speeding on Kyoto but he was ignored. I feel this is a problem that won't solve itself and hence the report.

*The user in question also claims he's OK to drift around corners because he's spoken to Ice about how his car downshifts on bends*. - I will correct you there. I did NOT say Its OK to drift, I actually explained that Im using a automatic car. Something You do not use, (watched you after report) When It downshifts which I CAN NOT control It will make the car slide a little... Like I explained in the TC sever chat.
