Main reason(s): Ramming when !hazard was active, and no sorry.

1:34:33 - You can see me bust a suspect and I am in middle of road, so I use !hazard+ to warn people. You can see he doesnt slow down at all
1:34:41 - He rams me and drives off

chatlog.php will show me using !hazard+

From looking at his InSim page, you can see that he did join nearly 4 months ago, but he only has 1hr game time and 30km distance. Warning is probs best

 
