Remove speedtraps(, or not, or adjust them)

I've thought of caution aswell, but as we have so many places where lines are separated by barriers, especially the autobahn, i don't think thats good. If i see a caution clearly being on the opposite, seperated lane, i don't slow down and would prefer to not get fined.

Edit: but a much smaller radius could solve that aswell.
