First incident was absolutely not acceptable.
About the second one, it was quite weird. I think the main factor which caused it to happen was difference of speeds. Cop was driving much faster than you in moment of contact. He then lost control and pushed you against barrier. It should have been avoided.

bunnytt received confirmable warning for using excessive force during chase.

Action has been taken as described
