He was indeed on the wrong side of the road and he did ram into you. Hansy013 will receive a ban for ramming.

Please refrain from just typing "?????" to someone, it solves nothing and only makes people confused. Explain to them what they did wrong, so you can discuss it with them. In this case, it was fairly obvious but please remember for next time not to just spam the chat with question marks.
