Hi, sorry for the late reply.

The first 4 timestamps are pointless, however going on through the replay you can see he begins just to annoy you i.e slowing down when your behind him or switching lanes when you tried to overtake. The push he gave you which ended up with you head on colliding with it will be punished though, with a confirmable warning as hes not that much of an experienced player but his URS isn't too shabby.
