9.22 Turns on sirens and lights while not joining/chasing someone
Onwards, speeds massively.
10.15 Crashes, goes ww after that.
10.52 Turns on siren but lights stay on.
11.54 WW for almost 10 sec
12.17 Speeding+ww
12.42 Speeds +30kph, causing him to half spin.
13.00 Speeds over 50kph of what is allowed
13.12 Appears to brakecheck GamatMaker, or didnt watch his mirrors.
13.53 Just tops 160 in a 120.

(Noteworthy: At 14.11 he holds his speed at speedlimit at the pit, so it seems like he is aware he shouldnt break rules.)

14.20 I join the road behind him, he is aware of me and holds speed at speedlimit (I wasnt aware of what happened before this point).

14.49 Pulls away from me within leeway, when he is far away from me proceeds to speed in a 100.
14.55 Reaches 147 in a 100 zone and goes WW in a blind corner.

15.16 Handbraketurn for no apparent reason.
15.48 Goes ww through the corner.
16.01 Speeds to over 170 in a 120, closing up behind me.
16.19 Seems to be tailgating, couldnt see his bonnet in my rear view mirror.
16.41 Speeds past me @120kph.
16.50 Drives through red light.
17.07 Speeds again towards me, hitting 176 in a 120.
17.34 Speeds up to 120 in a 100.
17.42 I confront him, I was driving slowly so honking is granted. (Cant type and drive at the same time, my bad this)
17.49 Little bump but lets gloss over that.
17.55 Denies chasing someone, indicating he wasnt on a call.

Sadly I stopped recording a bit soon, after I confronted him he continued to do speeding, I have screenshots if needed.
