You were parked half car on the road, while there are parking places 2m way, just behind he bushes. And again, this is not mentioned in rules, but imagine situation where chase is passing that road. Traffic have nowhere to go, since you are blocking the road, cops cannot pass because there is no room, etc... Just common sense, really...

Is it your unban request, or what? If they received just warning then there must have been reason for it, and it obviously isn't your business.
