43:40 - Here's my backup on chase starts.

43:50- After a little bad joining chase, i want to try reach suspect fast as fast. On the other hand, when i check map i saw Ali_DK incoming from the intersection. Just in time thinked about he will reduce cars speed, because there was a chase coming infront of to him, and i already turning around 70-80 kph there, and the speed limit is 90. But Ali_DK did not relase throttle and crash happened. My fault on there i forgot to open my audible siren (because want reach suspect fast,sorry about that) but the other cops in chase had to open it, and there was a big SIREN text in Ali_DK's screen.

44:06- I was wait for an apologise from him.He didn't. I just want to make close call him because little bit got angry from this situation. I didnt see BOOSTED because his car color so close to barriers, so did not think ALİ_DK will come to the right side of lane and i just touched a little to him because its hard to notice when theres difference 90 kph of speeds around us. There's no damage after this touch.

44:10- He wrote: Lazy - Contact with CrAzY [COP] Mahmud - 148 km/h??? after this thinked its enough for me and stopped for talk with him. There was a red light, and he came too fast again and crashed into me.

44:16- After this I revesed for get him infront of my laser to chase him,for
"causing an accident" infront of red light.
When he reacts of this, He spectate himself for avoid being chased,but he failed. I fined him high fine for trying to avoid being chased, not slowing for chases etc.

45:10- I said ''slow down for chases'' He said ''shut up'' , after this he reported me to [TC]›Sadie‹

54:30- Sadie started to ask me why did i high fined him. Explained about he didnt slow down, he was coming over speed limit but.. Sadie said speeding requires !laser.
And said crash was my fault. I know i have fault of an audible siren off, but if he was come with speed limits, that crash would not happen. He was coming with full throttle into intersection. Insim says !chase and joined spectators in same time. But if you check mpr, I was revese to get him into my laser. So he already know being chased before get spectators. Sadiee wrote about this : see time , he had NO chance to react

Sadiee did not listen reported person in this case. Just called refund or i will refund, and didn't check mpr exactly what happened or not happened. When I try to talk her, Sadiee didn't wanna wait or waste her time on purpose and fined me 390 for refund ALI_DK.

After fine Sadiee wrote;

CrAzY [COP] Mahmud - That is a breach of SERVER RULES. Not road laws.
CrAzY [COP] Mahmud - You can not fine for server rules.
Pretty simple.

Partially true, but not for this situation. Because he already failed to slow down for a chase, crashed into a car waiting on red light, and tried to avoid a chase. I fined high fine for both of them but mostly for tried to avoid of it.

I really want to know why do I need to refund or force refunded in this situation.Sorry for my english.Thanks for reading.
