I'm not sure if his left turn was intentional move to ram you or he wrongly predicted your move (maybe he thought you will turn right?). Anyways, it was his fault, for which he failed to apologize.

bamboebeer received warning for ignoring sirens, ramming, insulting.
rainer007 received warning for drifting as cop.

Action has been taken as described
