You should always try and talk to the person before reporting. Failing to do so might result in no action taken when reporting something minor.

Sirens don't guarantee you free road when pulling out from road without right of way. Therefore in first timestamp you might have waited a moment when you saw speeding car instead of pulling right in front of him. I have no idea what else did you expect to happen in this situation.

xxxfabixxx received confirmable warning for failing to slow down for sirens and ramming cops in chase.
