Description of incident (inc date & time): ‎Today, ‎27 ‎August ‎2018 - 18:53 UTC +1, reported player started arguing about a fine, Despite being respectful and trying to explain to him why he got fined, he called me an idiot and left shortly after quoting himself saving the replay: "Repetição MP gravada dee cop".

I wouldn't care to report him if he remained respectful but this is unacceptable from someone rocking 280 hours of game play, he should be familiar with the basics especially considering that he got banned/reported not too long ago for similar situations.
