taking the big jump when in a chase

Description of incident (inc date & time):
on thu 20 sep 23:08:42 2018 the user drives in the wrong way on the autobahn
on 23:08:52 starts the chase and on 23:09:40 the user drives on to the big ramp and jumps over the grass to the other side of the track on that point i notice the user thats against the rules but no reply on 23:10:15 the chase ends because of lost the user out of reach on 23:10:57 i ask the user to stop for a min to explain that what he did is against the rules because he past me but then not even a reply on 23:11:25 start the report the user
