Before you fill out the form, please note the following things that we are aware of from the event:

An issue which caused several players being unable to join the track for several minutes at the start was due to lack of testing at mass with the layout we used for the event which was a modified version of the original open-config Montana AS5X layout from 2011. As we were unable to test the layout with 40 connections prior to the event, there were 8 start position missing which were required for the InSim to register spawn points for 8 players per server.
In 24 hour Gumball events we do not run a start procedure, common to the 14-day Gumball variants. This is because the start procedure can take up to 20 minutes on a full server and this is a significant amount of time in a 24hr event. We hope you can appreciate our reasons for not running a formal starting procedure during Gumballs of this duration.
