Time of Incident: 10:20 PM Finland time

Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):
2:34.05 - User slides on purpose towards Joel and hits him. He starts spinning and he causes an accident with me. He leaves almost instantly after the crash, without any apology. I would have talked this out with him, but he disconnected. There were no admins online at the moment, so i had to go for a report.
