Although I would not say the hit was intentional, it was fully his fault. Despite steering away from the oncoming car moments before impact, he slid on the wrong side, side-swiped it and hit the car following it, head-on. Disconnecting without apology after causing a major accident is definitely not acceptable.

Dimitheo will be issued a confirmable warning for causing a crash on the wrong side of the road—1.3.

Action has been taken as described
