Post-Gumball changes

Hello all,

After a successful TC Gumball, with lots of good moments, congratulations to all the winners, especially Cruising Devils.

Cruising Devils won the Class 2 team challenge, with Aplasta leading ahead of [TC] TAZxx, Charlie, Russ, & Kentwolf.

Sadly our Distance Devils team didn't do as good as Cruising, fair play!

Now for some good news. Please help me in congratulating the following members for their promotion to Senior rank, after all they've done! Congratulations:

Sad news:
[RDSR] SideWayX will return to Normal rank > [RDSR] SideWayX
