Description of Incident (Include Timestamps): Insult for arguably incorrect fine?

4:55.00 - Suspect goes the wrong way.
5:00.00 - Got laser on the suspect and initiated a chase.
5:06.00 ~ - Suspect steers on traffic.
5:22.00 - Hits "[TOW] Speed'D!".
5:40.00 - Crashes/Gets crashed by [R]Eddy head-on.
At this point i'm not sure if he reached 45 seconds or stopped before, not my problem
5:56.00 - Gets hit by ROBO, he claims that he was the reason for the "failed to stop"
Get's high fined and cried about it
6:30.00 onwards where he starts insulting, he also said he doesn't care if he gets banned. "gfy " means go *Removed* yourself

If the fine is invalid i'll refund
