Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):

~2:01:55.XX - User enters the roundabout, and starts to drift around it. Breaching rule 1.12.1. - Do not drift around roundabouts.

~2:03:14.XX - User jumps over a hill and a fence in order to escape from the chase I triggered about the roundabout drifting. Breaching rule 3.11. Stunts & Stunt Areas
- Doing stunts to gain advantage in chase is forbidden. (e.g. jumping over fences/walls/barriers).

I tried to explain the rules he had broken, but he failed to reply to most of my messages, refusing to understand the rules he had broken. Also when I told him I would be filling a report about it, his response was "do it".
