Description of Incident (Include Timestamps):

~ 34:21.XX - Overtaking/following a chase

~ 36:45.XX - Not sure what did he try to do with the chase in front, looked like he was going for overtaking but decided not to.

~ 40:16.XX - I told him in the main chat, that he shouldn't follow or overtake chases. After this, he said something bad about my mother(?) to me in Turkish, and started to follow a chase again.

~ 44:25.XX - I asked him if he's going to read and follow the rules, so he just disconnected.

So as you might guess, I did !report him regarding the insult in turkish, and I made this report because of his ignorance.
