Ramming, helping suspect, failed to stop for siren


1:20:27 user Crashed Stright into me without any braking as showed in the replay
i issued rule 1.5 bind after the crashed
1:20:30 Failed to pull over for siren. instead, he was speeding up.
1:20:48 rammed my suspect and causing him to went wrong way
1:21:49 rammed into my car the 2nd time afterward tried talking to the user but got no replied from him
1:23:18 User crashed into me when I was busting my suspect. ( no braking was applied as showed in the replay)

After the crashed user said " sorry" and i keep slowing down and was also in denial that he was not following the chase.
