2 Recruits, strategy change and more

We welcome two Recruits! Welcome guys! Good luck during the next stage.  Botos will join the management as Assistant Leader in Training. We'll make the team more professional together, just like how it was before. Due to less interest in affiliate teams, we had to change our strategy and become less strict. That'll change now, given our relatively stable situation nowadays. Good luck mate, you deserve it! Two of our members decided to step out of the team for personal reasons.
